High grade not happening you get what you pay for when you want to buy something of questionable authenticity. That being said JJ weekend market next to the clock tower has a jersey shop it has been there for years so not commenting on its purpose. Also around National Stadium on the back side opposite side from MBK there are a ton of sports shops selling the same dubious quality items. Someone I know just uses Ebay or Amazon the prices are reasonable and it is licensed.
