06 Ford Ranger

2006 Ranger Hi-rider 4 door, 202,400 ks,

Mrs noticed last night that the immobiliser light was flashing after locking door, [key operated central locking, not fob] ..

What i done today was re-set all door latches for a better fit, and lubed all door switches and bonnet switch, and still the light flashed, another thing i tried was to sit in truck, use key to lock door outside then wind up electric windows, no light, ahh, getting somewhere now, so got out of truck, fastened seat belts, locked door, and the light started flashing again, i then made sure the steering lock was engaged but no difference, im sure all the doors are locked and the bonnet is closed properly, its no big problem, but i wonder why its doing this, any ideas welcomed, Thanks, Lickey..
