Woke up this morning feeling really dizzy. A sharp head movement almost makes me loose my ballance so Im trying to avaoid any such movements.

Other than that I feel absolutely fine, no feaver no headaches or anything.

I am not doing drugs and didn't drink last night...

Sounds like a problem with vestibular system and I had something in my ear for the last few days, felt like a muscle spasm of some sort (when it goes on/off involuntary), had it happened to the eyebrows and eyelids many times.

Not sure if it's a sign of some developing desease or what led to it, anyone has any ideas?

Sounds like an inner ear infection/issue. I had it happen to me many years ago. Happened suddenly, woke up and incredible wave of dizziness and sense of balance gone. ANY movement of my head and the dizziness would be overwhelming to the point of vomiting. It was agony getting to the doctor, some one drove me. He diagnosed it as Meniere's disease. However I suspect he misdiagnosed it based on reading about it and that it is an ongoing problem. Took about 3 days to go away and never came back. Was told to drink lots of fruit juices, guess the vitamin C.

Also no other symptoms except the above.

It could be many things. You need to see a doctor.

First thing to eliminate is high BP. If BP is normal, and if you are not taking any medications that could cause these effects, then a basic neurological exam is indicated.

I think it's getting a little better now but at this point of time it's too early to tell. I will be back to BKK tomorrow evening and if it's not better by then, I will see a doctor.

I never really had a problems with BP except when I drink a lot of coffee (I love it), but I didn't drink a lot of it recently. Last time I checked the BP about 4 days ago and it was fine.

Thanks.

I am taking milti-vitamins every day so my vit C (and other vits) should be adequate. Will go get some orange juice in a main time, it won't hurt anything.
