No, some words you can never use in anything other than a negative racist manner whatever the context, such as the "N" word, therefore the word itself is negative, not neutral. "Farang" is not the same as it can be used in a negative or positive way depending on context, therefore the word itself is neural.

I'm sure many black people who use the word casually whether in rap music or daily conversation would argue with you if you called them racist, seems rather silly really; how can a black person be racist towards another black person?

Most do not use it still. Those who do, use it precisely BECAUSE of it's negative racist connotations, even if they are not actually trying to be racist with each other. You can't seriously be trying to say that the "n" word is not a racist word.clap2.gif
