obviously im a newbie for blogs

im curious how to set it for accept "comment" from people

- at my blogs i set "unlock"

-at "your blogs setting"

i tick ( / ) at subject

Allow guests to post comments in your Blog?

This has no effect if guests cannot view your Blog

The board administrator has disabled Guest commenting.

This setting will have no effect.

so what else i hve to set?

got some PMs from members wanna comment and give some opinion..and they said it does not work
