Question About Traffic Radio Fm 100.00

When I recently bought a radio for home use, I was disappointed that I couldn't pick up the Traffic Radio FM 100. The reception isn't the greatest on my radio, but I'm living on Suk 103 so there should at least be some staticky reception. But nada. There's a station at 100.25 and another one at 99.5. And absolutely nothing at all at 100.00.

Is there some reason why Traffic Radio doesn't come in on a home radio or is this just a quirk?
