Thai/English,Fruit,Veg,Spices,

Featured Replies

There was a site on here some years ago that helped me no-end with finding things like veg, fruit, and herbs and spices,

Its easy, show the pic to your thai mrs, and it has thai in roman and thai letters, and of course english, it really saves me a lot of head scratching trying to explain a herb or veg.

Put these 2 in your favourites, could save misunderstandings later,,

Cheers, Lickey..

Thank you for this post, I find your information very useful and informative.

Cheers:

yes indeed, every now and then you come upon a simple site like this that is really useful! Thanks.

However the English transliteration, as you indicate, really won't help when you are trying to pronounce the words. The pictures are just what you need when venturing into a market to find stuff.
