I am a 25 year old french female working in Bangkok and since my flatmate just went back to his home country, I am looking for a new flatmate to share my 80sqm flat in Sukhumvit soi 15.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one living room, kitchen.

It is all furnished (and the furnitures are brand new!)

and equipped with UBC, Internet etc..

The location is very convenient, close to BTS Asoke and Nana and the MRT Sukhumvit!

The room is available from now!

The rent (excluding charges) is 11,500 baht/month/pers

and the charges (TV, Electricity, Internet, Water, Phone) are around 1,500 baht/month.

I am an Australian sports and entertainment journalist, based in Nice on the Cote D'Azur, and work on stories related to tennis, golf and the movies, and as I also work a lot in Asia I am looking for an apartment in Bangkok as my second base, I am looking to share for a long period perhaps 2-3 years, even though i would only be spending approx 15-20 weeks a year in Bangkok, i would like to rent for the entire time to enable mail etc to be forwarded.
