Just watched the whole video today, needed to adjust the audio/visual sync a little but glad i watched it. great video on both MotoGP and F1 in the 70's smile.png

Me too & gotta say thanks as that was very entertaining & informative.

Kinda sad to as it makes you realize that although todays stars still have Big Balls

as they said wink.png

But, What they also have is a sickening plain vanilla PC about themselves brought on by the media perception

built around their publicity agency.

Like they also said in that video Barry & James were REAL people that folks got to see all of & be part

of their life in its total on & off track.

That was cool

The "Other" IOM race called the Manx Grand Prix

Originally for older bikes & to help racers get their feet wet

in tasting the IOM race same course etc. It recently got Classic status.

I guess the govt hopes to get more recognition & income.

Reading the blurb & if true now will be classics only I agree the amateurs that

used it to get their TT feet wet will lose out.

Anyway there will be a one hour documentary out on Feb 5th on British TV & I hope it

is available for download

Read about it here

Forget those crazy Russians advertising how big their testicles are by blasting through traffic, when it comes to ball size these racers have to cart theirs around in a wheelbarrow.

I like to know my heart rate when s$&t happens.

My Garmin Edge shows my heart rate

need to wear the chest strap but it is wireless & comfy

I use to cycle a lot & do tri so it was used as a rpm gauge so I wouldn't bonk/hit the wall

The edge works good on motorcycles too & I have took it with me a few times here to GPS check the speedo etc.

You can toss it in your jacket pocket if you like or mount it. I dont need to see it so I just toss it in my pocket.

But the best part is when you get home you upload the data into your PC

Shows you everything you did

speed, distance,averages,elevation changes,heart rates etc.

Also now links with google maps & shows your route on their satellite maps up close

pretty cool.

It is a few years old now so they probably have even better ones available.

Oh one more thing you can do which could be cool if on a close course

is you can save a route & later load it to basically race a ghost of your previous time. heheh

was good for cycling training but I have not used the feature on the MC

1:22 Stoner on Rossi ‘Obviously your ambition outweighs your talent’

Good on you Stoner! :)

I think to compare Stoner and Rossi's ability I would say Stoner is technically brilliant, which is why he could handle the Ducati; Rossi is flawed but brilliant which is why so many people love him. For both guys the results speak for themselves.

I watched the first episode using expatshield.com as an IP address. You can download it and watch UK tv for free. Once installed open it then search for ITV Player. Go to ITV4 where you can watch the documentary.

Enjoy :)

P.S. I'm trying to find some software to download the latest 8 part TT Legends series that's playing on ITV4. If i can fathom it all out i'll upload it to my youtube account and share here :)

The series is about the Legends endurance racing team throughout a season. The next episode they are racing at the Bol D'Or. Other episodes include Suzuka and Le Mans. The first episode is an introduction to the racing team. Expatshield is working great for me :)

No idea what happened prior to the bike arriving at the traffic lights, so can't comment on who deserves what.

But the skipping around like kangaroos made me chuckle :D

Kind of slow for 3 days eh?

And who is the guy responsible for that front wheel that goes on & off a dozen times hahaha

Just kidding thought it was kind of cool to watch

Condensing three days into just three minutes, KTM has a nice timelapse video for us that

shows the complete build-up of two 2013 KTM RC250GP Moto3 race bikes for the Ajo Team —

the same bikes that would go on to dominate the the Moto3 test at Valencia earlier this month.
