It looks very much like a broad-nosed weevil, but I'm no expert....some kind of weevil anyway.

It could be the lesser of two weevilsjerk.gif - or is it a type of bed bug?

I dont think its a bed bug because i searched the internet and cant find anything closer to this bug. I know my maid open the balcony next to my bed when she clean the room the other day and i think the bug must have slip in from the outside

It looks like it could be but weevils don't bite people do they?

Not as far as I know - perhaps he was bitten by something else and the proximity of the weevil was just a coincidence?
