Shipping Parcels To International From Thailand Post?

Hi,

I am about to ship some personal items to my family and am wondering if Thailand Post offers prepaid boxes (just like usps with 'if it fits, it ships' program for flat fee of $45 regardless of the weight). I checked the thailand post's website, but it looks like not all of their services are translated into english. Do you know if such a feature exists here?

Plus, do you guys know where i can find a post office in BK, in which officers speak english well enough to answer my questions (if any!)?
