I often play on social sites not only meeting people but playing games as well. I have met loads of women and some friendly blokes this way and have had friends from all over for many years. I like to add them as friends to FB and when I am in there area I quite often catch up for a meal and a drink. But every once in a while I come across a women that's not quite right and simply move on. But this one I must admit took me a while to notice something. I am still not 100% sure. I would usually pass and move on but I thought I would see what the pub punters had to say. This is just one of many pics and the others there is nothing to see. I am not sure even if I am allowed to post a down loaded pic, so I done an edit on her face. I have not chatted with her to ask , after playing a game I just checked out her profile.

Looks like a she and kudos to your powers of observation in relationship to having a lump in her throat (some women do have them but not as prominent as men) however you've missed that her right arm appears to be missing fingers!

Knew a dek serve in Long Gun, now dancing, who had same. Didn't notice for years as always focused on the beers she was carrying to table.
