It's a pretty difficult question to answer and very much depends on who is available and who is competent.

It really a case of asking local people for there recommendations and viewing the work done.

Labour prices can vary very much according to how skilled the person is, how much work there is.

You will need drawings and design spec's of all the construction needs.

You could get a well know building company probably Bangkok based who will take on all the works.

Rough estimates from memory :-

ELECTRICIAN for full wiring and installations: - ask crossey.smile.png

BLOCK layer :- could be anything from 200 bht + a day.

RENDERING :- ditto

Floor tile layer :- ditto

CONCRETE drive way layer :- ditto

or TarSeal drive way layer :- ditto

PAINTER internal and exterior blocks :- ditto

PLUMBER, rainwater collection system and tanks : - 300 bht + a day.

CARPENTER :- 500 bht + a day depending what.

People who lay tile often charge by square meter. 70 -120 per. That is normally for small groups who work together, not per person.

Skilled persons, in all specialties, usually charge more for their labor.

You might be better off finding someone who will give you a price for all the work you want done. They then are responsible for finding the laborers.

You might want to consider purchasing materials yourself. It often works out cheaper and you know the quality that you are getting.

Yah^^

In any case, I suggest you negotiate a daily (8 hour) rate vs a m2 or, in the case of electric, per connection rate (like we had a guy wanting 100 baht per socket/light/switch/etc.). Or, better yet, a quote for the phase of the project and with detail of what's to be completed. Not easy to arrange, but you will be much happier if you can. AND, that's with somebody you have vetted.
