Building a complete DIY extension. (barring a sparkey).

Does anybody know what the equivalent of lead flashing is here? and where to buy it?

So far, excluding flashing, price is a little under 50k THB for a 3.5 x 3.5 bedroom extension. Quality UK build and design, solid too. As opposed to the 350k++ price of a builder who pay their staff like 300 THB/day.

Just trying to be helpful. If in a car trying to spot a sign, it helps to know it's two words, not one.
