Can anybody recommend a translation service in Nakhon Sawan that will translate a document from English to Thai and certify it?

I don't know about N/S but K.P.Phet does not have one the only one I know of is Chang Mai. If it's any help I can give you there P/No: and address it can be done by post. Hope this help's.

Nava Language School near Fairyland: 056-220590-1

Go to Fairyland, turn left, go approx. 1/2 mile - there will be a "plaza" on the left with stores on either side of a two lane wide parking area. The language school is mid-way down on the right with green lettering in their window.
