For lack of a better forum... figured maybe a few teachers know the details of this...

Is a passport required for a Thai national? And, does it HAVE to be done in bkk. According to her information, both are a yes, but the info is coming through a third party....so figured id double check. Anybody know, much appreciated.

If not, what purpose is the police clearance? There may be other sub-forums better equipped to give you an answer.
