Sweet Spot : Close To Bkk / Cheap Land

Featured Replies

Where is the cheapest land, near bangkok? (If you provide a name, could you say where it is relative to BKK, eg. 850 miles NE...)

I am thinking (dreaming? :o ) about setting up some sort of business and supplying businesses in bkk. I would regularly need to send things to bkk, so if there was a "last stop on the line" song tao town, or a regularly served train station, or some ace spot way up the chao phraya river..., or some place right near the end of good road / bus service...

Actually, I would like the idea of sending things down the river... save the planet! :D

Mate, that is a very broad question.

1 minute drive from my house 1 rai sells for 3 million baht, 5 minutes drive from my house 3 rai sells for 1 million baht.

There is no definitive answer to your question, it seems you have not spent much time here in the LoS. I suggest you do this before you start dreaming too heavily. Seriously.

Anyway, give it a shot. :D

you could try supanburi area, its on a river, about 80k from BKK, land is cheap and there is a regular bus service too
