I got a lifeproof water proof case for my iphone - its amazing, but also really sophisticated, big, and expensive.

Now somebody invented a much better solution, much simpler - its just like a condom that covers your iphone 4 or 4s, with a sealed opening on the back that sits flush with the glass backside. Its super thin and waterproof to 10m. Just brilliant.

Agree - seeing is believing, you've never seen anything like the new iPad screen.

Mine still gets warm occasionally and it seems to use more battery than the iPad 2 - since I didn't do anything special I think that's a software bug which will get fixed eventually.

Other than that - amazing. I am using it like a newspaper now - instead of the newspaper I am getting my personalized beautiful news feed via Flipboard. Fits better on the breakfast table than a laptop, too. That app alone is worth the iPad, and it's free, too.

Speaking of the venerable and indestructible Thinkpad, Lenovo just released a new version made entirely of Carbon Fiber. Only PC laptop I'd consider.

it looks good. i"d say 37 USD is a reasonable expense to protect the phone.

Thanks for the heads up.

looks like a great idea but how about charging it everyday, taking the cover off everyday????? damage the condom cover then what????

Good point, you have to take it off for charging - I imagine the material is a little more sturdy than that on actual condoms.

My LIFEPROOF case has a latch for charging so you don't have to take it off. But it's pretty big compared to a naked iPhone. Also the manual says something about you can only put it on and take it off 80 times, and you have to be very careful each time so as to not damage the seals. I use it only on bike trips so not a big deal but even though it looks pretty close to a normal iPhone case, it's not really something I want on my phone every day. Too big.
