Occasional Dry Eye.

Featured Replies

I have used the search facility and not found anything relevant to my condition, which is that I very occasionally get sore eyes, which at my age I presume is dry eye.

Has anyone else got this condition, and what do you do for it?

Thanks for any help.

Same here, lubricated eye drops, bought a large pack from Watson's the other day,did the trick

Not only irritating but can effect your vision as a wet covering is needed to see properly so you either have to blink much more often or/also use a lubricate. I have found Vislube excellent and several other readers here have reported the same - it is not the cheapest but lasts much longer than others in my experience.

Ugh, I posted here and now my left eye has been driving me crazy all day. This is horrible. I don't have any eyedrops... I almost reached for my medicine dropper filled with H2O2 but then thought that's probably a really, really awful idea.
