I have been smoking for many years, throughout these years i've quite for 5 years, 2 years, 1 year, a few monthes and a few weeks. so i quite many times, everytime on a different approach. the reason i got back to smoking was either weight gain or social circumstances. I want to quite again now but nothing works for me, even gums.

if anyone know about hypnotherapy or acupuncture (which worked fore me before, and without any will power) in bangkok, please let me know. it's been a while since i'm trying to quite this time and it works only a few days at a time.

I read allan carr's book 3 times. it helps for a while though.

have u had any luck? I also want to stop smoking and tried Champix which lasted 3 month but i would be very interstet if u have found something
