Any Recommendations For Sea Fishing Off The Beach/Rocks/Piers In Pattaya?

Just looking for somewhere to have a beer and do some spanning and float fishing around pattaya before heading for a night out on walking street :)

OP said rocks/pier!

It's not permitted to fish from bali hai pier.

Usually I got to the rocks on Pratamnak, not far from Pattaya Park.

I'd be happy to learn about other spots in the area
