Either an apple or a pear. Though apples and pears are a big no-no for daleks.

Soft fruits - mangos, melons might indicate one thing, fruit and nuts another.

A granny smith and a couple of cantaloupe would indicate something amiss (or otherwise)

Why would they have human genders? They might build themselves in factories.

Aliens, something or someone, that can be different in nature.

That is an interesting thought. I always imagined that if I met an alien, it would be similar to a human but just a bit different. Indeed, if and when I meet an alien, it may prove to be nothing like a human at all.
