Is there a telecoms service available which offers multiple voice mailboxes on a single number, each of which can be accessed by a PIN?

In practice, the customer calls the designated single number and enters their PIN. They can then opt to leave a new voicemail for the 'admininstrator', or check and listen/delete any messages in their mailbox.

If they leave a voice message, the administrator is alerted to this new message by an SMS alert to their designated mobile number. The administrator can then listen to the message left in the customer mailbox, delete it and leave a reply for the customer.

Basically, this is a means to allow 2 persons to pass one-to-one voice messages between each other without identifying the telephone number of either person.

Any ideas?
