Civil and criminal actions will possibly be brought against the school. Alterations of contract once all party have agreed is the main argument.I"ve worked at the school for 7 years without any problems. New deputy director who has more gonards than the new director is the problem. Some of the new changes to the contract are, she can pay us as she sees fit and the 200baht per child bonus is yearly and not monthly.As some of you may well know, my prediciment is a bit worrisome,but even I know right from wrong. This situation will see the course regardless of the outcome.
