What are the best sites to buy a photo or 3 from.....tried iphotostock and dreamstime but have not found the perfect one yet.....spent 4 hours searching today.

Also not too expensive, want only 3 or 4 shots....but no crazy prices.

There are 3 or 4 shots that I guess I will need to purchase tem as they are kinda specific and I want goo quality for them.....but I could use several other pics also, so is there any sites that you can get photos for free ??....as an example I want some general happy group shots or lifestyle shots...one could be a group dancing on a beach as an idea.....I would imagine this could be available free somewhere as quite common and I only need small size for a website, so no great quality shot for print.

I spent a lot of time looking for 'free to use' photo sites or public domain and they are hard to find and fairly poor selection. I did these searches when looking for photos to design the TV calendar before the idea of asking members to contribute, which worked out brilliantly.

The first one stock.xchng that I pointed to, if I remember right, allows you to contact the author for permission to use and some are free for use. I used a few from there both free and after contacting the author.

Why not ask members on here and give them the photo credit on your site?
