Unreliable Web Hosting

Featured Replies

Does anybody know the postal address of a company named: The NPT Group?

These guys suspended my webhosting account without any reason.

I did pay my hosting fee until March 15, 2013, while the Terms of Use weren't violated.

Thanks

Victor Peter

Don't know that NPT address but have heard of them, ....I've hosted a handful of sites with Web Air for about 12 years now. I can't think of one issue in all of that time with billing, downtime, hacking, etc.

:)

I can heartily recommend UnitedHosting. My previous company were just appalling. UH have been like a dream come true. Anybody else with any good suggestions?

Let's move this over to the computer forum.

I encountered a similar problem last year with a different webhost. It turned out the webhost i was using was a reseller and had his account suspended

By searching whois etc I identified the main host and contacted them. I recieved this reply.

************* is a reseller of ********* services and have had their account suspended, as your are a client of this reseller this means that your account is also suspended.

I'm sorry if this has put you in a difficult position and please be assured that before suspending a reseller account we try all possible actions to resolve any problems as to not affect client of the reseller who are usually not at fault.

As we recognize that most of the time the client is not at fault I am willing to un-suspend your account for a period of 48 hours if this will help you?

I'd recommend the OP doing the same to see if he's encountered a similar problem.

ive been using winhost for some time, they are pretty good, flexible and prompt with regards to support.
