BANGKOK, Aug 1 - The Royal Thai Police on Wednesday launched a phone book application indicating all its official numbers as a channel to facilitate Thai public contact.

Pol Maj-Gen Piya Utayo, bureau spokesman, said the public can download the free app called "Thai Police Phone Book" through the iOS and Android operating systems.

Managed by the bureau's Public Affairs Division, the app gathers telephone numbers of police officers in all units nationwide from inspector up through the national police chief. Users can search for phone numbers by name or police station, while data will be updated on a 24 hour basis, the spokesman said.

He noted it is believed that the application will benefit the public more than to bring disadvantages, while saying that misuse of the information by criminals was not a concern of the Royal Thai Police, for the public can check and verify the numbers immediately. (MCOT online news)

I too downloaded it and other than the splash page, it is in the Thai language. It's useless for me.
