I've now seen the video. It was a shophouse, and although you couldn't see the perpetrator, by the accent it sounded like a Middle Easterner and not a typical Thai accent. I could be wrong; you could only hear the verbal abuse. The alleged Israeli tourist did absolutely nothing wrong and was glued to his phone. The shopkeeper followed him not just outside the shop but continued well down the road, shouting various Middle Eastern and English phrases, including on many occasions 'Allahu Akbar.' The tourist did not reply at all and continued trying to text or whatever on his phone. He went further down the road to the opposite side, near a cement mixer, where he was still pursued by the shopkeeper screaming. It then looked like he was trying to call somebody. This was unnecessary and unwelcome harassment.
