taichiplanet Posted August 20, 2012 Posted August 20, 2012 Sorry everybody, I forget to live up to every-bodies expectations, so I need to say something about a Chinese alternative, maybe a Taiwanese scooter is Chinese enough. As alternative for a sporty 125cc scooter I can recommend the Sym Jet4 125, if performance is the driving force behind your choice you surely look at the Sym Jet4 125... then i may as well throw in the taiwanese made Tiger Gmax 150 http://www.tigermotor.co.th/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=147:g-max&catid=36:motorcycle&Itemid=164

Something wrong with these bikes? How much are they? Injection or carburettor? Edited August 20, 2012 by Turkleton

Something wrong with that bike? How much is it? last i heard it was 64,500THB with 3 year/30,000 kms warranty. i don't know much about them and only seen one on the streets. They are made by PGO, and are a CKD kit for Thailand. In the USA they are known as the Blur 150. A TV member i know has one and after 5000 kms has had no problems, and said the ride is very good and assembly/fit/finish is also good. While personally i trust his reports as 100% honest, some here on TV may be sceptica due to his loose association with Tiger. Then again the sceptics would expect me to say that!
