Am looking for place in Pattaya that does colon cleansing

A colonoscopy means inserting a small camera up the back passage mainly to check for cancerous growths in the bowel etc.

What you are looking for is colonic irrigation.

Any of the three major hospitals for the first, you could also try them for the second.
