Workout Energy Supplements In Thailand?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I usually workout 5 days a week and sometimes use a supplement sold by GNC in the States known as 'No Explode'. It is a pretty intense energy powder that really gives me a boost during my workouts. I went by a GNC in Bangkok to by some 'No Explode' and they did not have any. Unfortunately, the GNC employee said that I will not find it at any GNC in Thailand. Even worse, he didn't have a good recomendation for a decent energy replacement (he recommended creatine (?)).

QUESTION: Does anyone know of a type of energy workout supplement (pills, powder, etc) that I can buy in Thailand, and where can I buy it?

Go to the health forum, this subject is regularly covered there.

Training supplementation comes up again and again on this forum, so a search of what has been said previously will help you no end.

That said, there are numerous places in Thailand where you can buy what you're looking for, for a lot cheaper than what GNC sells for.

Places I have used personally are as follows.

http://www.phukethealthshop.com/ <---- probably the best service of all 3 listed, but also the priciest, other than that,I have no complaints at all.All said and done, they are still a LOT cheaper than GNC , and hold a large variety

http://www.fitwhey.com <---- Very good prices but you have to keep an eye on the order, as they tend to get flavours wrong etc. They've always been good with delivery though.

www.wheybkk.com <---- I deal with these most of the time, as the prices are excellent. You have to go pick the stuff up yourself though.

There are others, but as I haven't used them, I'm a bit reluctant to comment.

Hope this helps
