August 27, 201213 yr Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find a portable water distiller? thanks in advance
August 27, 201213 yr If you mean those table top things where you poor tap water in the top and drinkable water is available on tap, I've seen them in Big C, Tesco and most Department Stores. theoldgit
August 27, 201213 yr http://www.bkwater.com/index.php/en/branch.html Pura do them as well - sold in most super markets etc, but they also have shops out there as well. List is above. If you mean the ones for hiing and camping, you need to tell us your location. There is a very good camping shop on Lad Prao road that sell them.

Distilled water is the steam that comes off boiling water.

Might be worth getting something knocked up in a metal shop though; can't be that hard to change one of the soup bins into a still for water purposes?
September 5, 201213 yr ha! the OP was asking about a water distiller. There is another thread on here about it and apparently you do get them here and can buy distilled water in the big white containers... this is the type of thing; http://www.amazon.co.uk/Water-Distiller-Polypropylene-Collection-Bottle/dp/B0055XXK4U/ref=pd_sim_sbs_kh_1

September 5, 201213 yr If one can distill water one can distill many things. May be a bit dodgy to purchase one here. But they sure are pretty. You can google.

Be dareful because alcohol probably will boil off before the water gets to boiling temperature.
