I use to drive by this everyday, and they had a security guard sitting and guarding an empty building. Is it open now?

Yes, it's open. I drive by this place a couple of times per week, not been in to have a look yet though...

Been in it once and it is quite impressive. They had quite a few old bikes on display as you go up the staircase.
