I have used Siam last year and they are very professional. Their website is also great.

I unfavorable experience with Ms. "W" and her landlord customer long ago. (story deleted...it still angers me 6 yrs later and 18K baht less) What can I say? Keep every single receipt for every item you spend money on, make no verbal agreements if it comes money, everything must be written in English clearly regardless who you deal with. Thais take care if Thais.
