Biden laments over Trump’s handling of the presidency "These are Dark Days"
If you’re a liberal and you’re bothered by Trump, then that’s a good thing because it means that he’s an effective president. So let’s hear some more of the liberal whining and crying. -

MadDog Bar & Pizza Reopened!
I suggest you don't take it so personally when an anonymous stranger has a different viewpoint to you in an online forum. My usual bars are fan only so no problems with that but I know what I experienced, albeit it only on one occasion, in Maddog. -

Thailand Digital Arrival Card.
Beware "Googling" Tdac. It leads to scam sites. Did it yesterday and one site asked for the equivalent of 3,500 THB. Only use this https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home -

Economy BoT May Slash Rates to Counter US Tariff Impact
At 33.70, the Thai Baht would still be overvalued by a considerable amount. With the local economy as weak as it is, I find it hard to believe that the THB isn't trading closer to 37 or 38 to the USD. With so little to offer in the way of trade, tourism and record high household debt - can the THB really be that strong? It makes little if any sense. Regarding tourism, the Viet Nam Dong is a huge winner over Thailand's overvalued currency by comparison (from a tourist's perspective). -

Keep Eatin' That Beef Tallow, RFK Jr.
One kind of dietary fat cripples your immune response to cancer The researchers then analyzed metabolites – small molecules produced when cells break down nutrients – to understand how different fats affected the immune system. They found that in obese mice fed animal fats, harmful fat-derived metabolites called long-chain acylcarnitines built up inside CTL and NK cells. These molecules interfered with the cells’ mitochondria, the parts of the cell that generate energy, causing the immune cells to lose their power and fail to fight cancer cells effectively. In contrast, these damaging metabolites didn’t accumulate in the mice on plant-based fats – their CTL and NK cells stayed active and were able to seek out and attack tumors. https://newatlas.com/cancer/obesity-cancer-fat/
