Are Temples Open On Constitution Day (December 10Th)?

Hi all,

Got family visiting in December and we want to take them around Wat Pho, etc, on December 10th - the only day they can stop in Bangkok. It happens to be Constitution Day. Does anyone know for sure if the temples will be open to the public/tourists?

Thanks,

HTGR

Despite what some local "gentlemen" might tell you (Temple close, public holiday, you take my tuk-tuk only 20 baht, bla bla bla). Temples are open every day of the year unless there is a special ceremony going on.

Constitution day is not one of them.
