Recently renovated and allows pets. Location can't be beat. Hope it works out for you!

There are a few places on Soi 24 ( Phrom Pong BTS station) that are pet-friendly. I know some Japanese families who have large dogs living at Asa Garden Apartment and President Park Apartment (both on Soi 24). Rent seems to be around 40k~75k, and the rooms are spacious.

ASplace has the usual Serviced apartment scam of 7thb+ per unit of electricity and 23thb for water.

Better off with a condo. Would cost me 30000THB in electricity a month.

These are all the places we visited when we moved here in 2010. We have 2 large dogs. The rent is on the high end of what you requested, but most were 3-4 bedrooms.
