I tried one recently reduce 15mg. I got it somewhere in BKK. It really did help, but after 4 days i quit. I prefered to diet / reduce my calories with hunger then suffer the side effects.

For me the side effects were a higher heartrate (around 10 beats higher) I work out a lot on a rower so i know my normal heartrate during sessions. It increased. But major problem was that i could not sleep wel.

I researched it a bit and found out that those were indeed side effects that could happen. But it did cure my hunger. I might take it when i go on a holiday later this year because then i cant control food intake the way i do now.

So it works.. if you accept the side effects.
