Apple Maci Mini Old/new ?

Featured Replies

Have any of you bought Apple stuff from the resellers here at a discount just as they get superceded by the new hardware ?

I was thinking of buying the old Mac Mini 2011 if I could get it less than 18,000 Baht or just get the new late 2012 one if no joy....

Would inserting an SSD into a Mac Mini and pulling out the spinner 500GB void the warranty ?

I read it is really easy to upgrade the RAM but the HD is tucked away and quite tough to get at...

I did it with 8ram and HD 750gb on the late 2009 Mac Mini a few months ago

from a company on the web.

they have all the items at low price and ship to Thailand with tools if you order the kit and

videos to show how to do it.

On the 2009 it was not easy but i did it and it worked fine.

I just upgraded to 2011 Mac mini with 750 gb and 8gb ram,

works great but came with those upgrades when I purchased it.

I am not selling just letting you know that a 66 yr old novice can take it apart and

put it back together then almost anyone can. Good luck.
