I've got some friends coming early December for 2-3 months, and they're looking for a 2 or preferably 3 bedroom place with a view. They have a decent budget for this so that isn't too much of a worry. They prefer to stay in the south, so if you know of something or have something, pm me,if personal, or post if it's something you've seen or know about. Ideally the more amenities the better.

Karon, Kata, Nai Harn, Rawai. Seeing as how Rawai and Nai Harn don't have a wide variety of sea view options, I would think more places would be in Karon and Kata.

SP, what about those places on the hill above The Boathouse?

You know, on the hillside same as Da the surf kid's bungalows?

Downside would be parking I guess.........
