If so perhaps that question should include a reference to your current location?

Installation of Apple TV on a iMac......

Won't be easy: Soldering Iron, cabling, Duct Tape smile.png

Otherwise just plug the apple tv in and connect to wifi / lan. Leave itunes running on the iMac and select the imac name under computers. Done.

Agreed I think you need to read up on how the ATV works firs,t there is no installation on an Apple device its just a plug and play to your TV with a few tweaks.
