Bangkok Bank Internet Banking - Access From Outside Thailand

Does anyone know if Bangkok Bank has blocked internet banking users logging in when outside Thailand?

I'm in the UK at present and keep getting an error message "Sorry the service is currently unavailable"

This is with both Bualuang Banking and also Biz Banking.

I emailed the two urls to my g/f in Udon, she told me the pages both come up with a login screen prompting you to enter login & password details.

Both my SCB & KBank accounts allow me to login from the UK.

If I can't find an answer I'll have to call the BKK Bank helpline, (which won't be cheap from here)

I have searched the forum, but couldn't find any info on this subject.

I can confirm that I can access Bualuang iBanking from outside of Thailand. Doing it right now.

I am in the USA right now, and no problems logging into my Bangkok Bank account.

They have recently changed there websites however so you might want to use Google for current web page and see if you can log on from there rather than using a stored link.

I'm in Thailand and get the same message: We are sorry. The service is currently unavailable. Please try your request again later. etc.......

Using Ubuntu & Firefox 17

Firefox 17 is not working with BB in Linux Mint. Chromium is working.

In Udon, using Win7 and IE9 and it is all working OK from a cached link.

Thanks to all for the replies, what I've realised is:

Bualuang doesn't like Firefox (V18), but it used to. Chrome is fine.

BizBanking doesn't like Firefox or Chrome, needs IE

Assuming you have your Thai SIM active, are people able to receive OTPs via SMS when in foreign countries?

Yes, I can confirm I can receive the OTP via SMS, I'm in the UK
