Careful With Scissors

Featured Replies

In a tropical climate, high humidity, carelessness with scissors and small nicks can lead to major infections.

I was just trimming the little fellow down below, you know getting the jungle down to golfing green level.

Grabbing the flexible gonad sack, as we all know it can be twisted this way and that and you can even make shapes and well known tourist attractions out of it, to trim between the valleys and a quick careless snip resulted in a slice right through.

I put a bandaid on it, but fear now that getting it off is going to hurt a lot.

Even just sitting down now its twisting about and torturing bits this way and that.

So be careful, do not rush, even for simple little maintenance jobs.

You obviously need someone you can trust to help out.

To reduce the pain of pulling off the bandage, buy some nail polish remover and apply it with cotton around the adhesive edges, will sdissolve the adhesive and the bandage will ocme off painlessly. (Don'y get the stuff into any open cuts though or it will sting).

Or alternatively you could also use tabasco sauce which, if applied liberally before hand, would mask any pain, from removing said sticking plaster.

Thai whiskey will do it too, you won't care whether it hurts or not.

Is it advisable to soak your 'nads in acetone w00t.gif

Clearly such dangerous procedures should only be carried out by trained professionals.

I've shorn a sheep before....thought that'd count.

I also used petrol, not unleaded, to kill a crab infestation once.

For that reason I doubt i will be using nail polish remover.

That hurts with a bandaid stuck there.

Actually...going to rip it off now just for you.

Interesting fact...you can pull it out the side of your shorts and do it as long as you go commando.....ready.....

Dear God that hurt.

Now there is blood everywhere...why didn't the nurse warn me about that ?

Got a hot date on saturday night too...blood, bald patch and bandaid glue shall put me off somewhat.

I had to LOL at this. I had a girlfriend nick mine once.

The OP should consider dumping the scissors and get some hair cutting shears. They're safer and do a better job.
