Sailing Courses? Or Anyone Looking For Crew?

I have been looking for sailing courses for beginners in Thailand, and the prices are really high. Like 30k baht for 1 course over 3 days or something like that. That is the same as in US. Where can I find more reasonably priced courses with good instructor that speaks fluent English?

Close to Bangkok(chonburi, rayong) would be preferred, but even Phuket would do.

Or are there any captains out there that like to teach a newbie?

I have only seen paid courses and you are right they are expensive.

I have a bavaria 37 down in Phuket and would appreciate a crew from time to time PM me.
