Looking For Condo Management Company Recommendations

Featured Replies

As the title says, I am looking for a serious, reliable and professional Condo Management Company which is willing to take over a building with 149 units. Any recommendations?

Here in CM I assume?

These sort of entreaties are best served by using Thai Visa classifieds.

Wanted ads are free.

Also try the Business in Thailand forum (Real Estate sub-forum)- moved there, with a live link remaining on CM.

We are using Century 21 now and in the my other condo PLM is fairly ok but the one to sat away from is PPM

Took over ours, what a nightmare, limited English, limited hours, reduced services

@mcgriffith: I hope I didn't violate the rules, I really just wanted recommendations for a company which would take over the condo management here in Chiangmai.

@mascarakatze: PM sent. No way thaivisa would reveal your email address, do they?

@marcofrenchpolo: Thank you for the recommendation. Would you mind sending me a PM or posting with which person I should contact? (Unfortunately, I do not speak Thai)

@JeffreyMcCollum: I just called. After 5 minutes of explanations and kindly asking for someone who is handling the condo management of buildings, she finally confirmed "Understand all. How big is condo you rent?" Got a tremendous headache.

Bear in mind there is a nice dollar in kickbacks and corruption for management companies if they so choose, probably the best you will get is a mob that steals less than the others. Usually many stakeholders pushing their "choice", good luck.
