Has anyone successfully got True to stop sending these SMS's? Been getting at least 5 or more everyday and it is very annoying.

I have tried contacting the call center at least four times, every time they tell me to wait 5-7 days. Tried goin to the True Shop twice and both times checked my number they told me that I should not be getting anything. I show them the messages and they tell me to contact the call center cause they don't what the problem is.

Had AIS and when I contacted the call center, I got a confirmation SMS saying that it will stop in 7 days. Surprisingly it really worked, maybe time to move back to AIS...

For me, I have tried to cancel the spam SMS, no luck. Then I thought about it, it doesn't stress me out, it doesn't cause me any hardship or lost of money. My phone is always near me, so I'm not getting up and running into the other room to check the messages. Since I don't live in Bangkok, if I want to have a quality 3G service I just put up with it. It really isn't that stressful.

I have TrueMove H (pre-paid). I do not receive any SMSes from True.

I guess if they cannot address your issue then you could live with it, or change providers?

Maybe froward one to 91331, and add text like "Can you please stop sending me these marketing SMSes. Thank you."

Or just have a Thai person call 1331 for you. Or go to a bigger True shop, ask to speak with a manager, show them the SMSes, ask them to remove your number from the pool used for marketing messages.

Same here. I'm prepaid TrueMove-H and only SMS's I get are billing related: When/how much due, and a "Thank you" confirmation the day after paying.

Mostly from True and occasionally from one like calling melody and gang cartoon. As I said done both, shown the messages to True shop but they don't know what to do.
