Hi all,

Are there any regulations that prohibit a foreign owner of a condo to rent it out? If there are, are there options to go around it, like using a Thai to do the managing of it?

I don't believe that is so.

You may be mistaking this for a withholding required on any regular payments made by registered organisations.
