I'm considering applying for a teaching job, when i was in C/M i got all the relanvant information about teaching and they informed me that a course would cost around £850. The main thing im wondering about is how easy/how hard is it to find teaching jobs in bangkok? perpherably around the Sukhumwit area? And how much can you earn?

My GF tells me that they dont take it too serouis but you get to earn good money for working in thailand, i am 22 and roughly have around 1.5 million batt between myself and my GF (mostly all that money is my Girlfriends). She is thai and wants to do anything to stay with me such as, starting a business in thailand for both of us. She also wants to come to the UK but i am aliuttle worried what might happen with visa's and such.. we were living in Australila together for 1 year, then i moved to thailand with her for 1 and half months and now im back in the UK and shes in thailand. Anyone been in this position before? what did you do?

Sounds like the same situation as im in, I got some cash to open a business but thinking i better just invest in real estate in australia and then doing a teaching course so i can get a job in thailand.

I was wondering if it is hard to do the course coz im not much of a studier

Yes teaching English, i appreciate my spelling was off point in my first post but lets be serious for a minute.

yeah we met in Australia, She is planing on going back to AU to study cookery next month as she plans on opening a decent respectable resturant in the near future.. i will be moving back out to Au also as i have recently been granted my 2nd work visa.. just wondering how much a respectable resturant would cost and would i be able to work for my girls business

She's right; Thais don't take much of anything seriously. I suppose you could wash dishes and clear tables, but then you would probably violate your work permit conditions.

Yes, I'm confused, too. Quo vadis?

Especially confused by this part, "...i will be moving back out to Au also as i have recently been granted my 2nd work visa."

Doesn't make sense. Super Villain = Vallilillilio?

Super Villain has a Thai girlfriend and I remember reading that Vasillinio was in search of a gay paradise is Thailand. :o He is the flamboyant Italiano/Brit looking for screwboys, no?
