Information requested with regard to 800000 Baht in bank for retirement visa
I just did mine in Jomtien and they didn’t give me a form or ask me to come back in 3 months to show proof of money. To be honest I never did when they gave me the form and never had any issues. Granted I always have at least 800,000 baht in the bank account. I’m sure each immigration department is different. -

I've read previously of the desire to issue US denominated bonds but as far as I'm aware it's still only a wish by a few. One of the main strengths of the Thai economy is the lesson learned from 1997 in that 96% of debt is denominated in THB, they'd be foolish to change that. -

You can witness youngsters riding motorcycles without helmets arriving at school. Many reports of fighting between technical college students. She might as well blame Darwin. Not just in the US, but worldwide, unskilled labor is being obviated. Those lacking talent and/or marketable skills are kind of being selected out of the species. It's a combo of evolution and capitalism. MAGAs are actually Socialists at their core. They think those who can offer society something of value should carry those who cannot. That is why the felon has captured the poorly educated, the forlorn, the intellectually weak and lazy, and why the largest 'employer' in Red States such as KY, WV and TN is Social Security Disability Insurance. Those who can, do; those who cannot vote MAGA. While we can have sympathy for those who cannot make it in today's highly competitive and technologically advanced world, there really isn't too much that can be done for them. They hear the lies spouted by their false messiah (remember in one of his 2020 rallies he told his rally goers "You have the best homes; you have the best boats"? I do think Jeff Bezos boat tops what any of the felon's rallygoers have), and buy into them. Under the Biden-Harris Administration, those with skills and talents have never done better. The best economy since the late 1990s under Clinton has 'lifted the gifted', while admittedly it has 'crushed the mush'. The Recession the felon left behind is a distant memory, as is the 6.8% unemployment he left Biden-Harris to clean up. Yes, the folks who benefit at least got Honorable Mention in the Birth Lottery, while MAGAs have little to do but latch on to the lies and false promises their failed 'businessman' spouts. I'm sure "In two weeks, we'll be releasing a economic plan that many say is the best ever", despite it now only being "the concept of a plan". For those evolution is leaving behind, false promises are all they've got. It's not going to get any better for the unskilled and talent-less, as AI chomps up the food chain and obviates even more jobs. Autocrat wannabes will continue to toss out false promises, and these absurdities will resonate with the Loser Class, but frankly, there is no hope for them. Dodo birds...on the verge of extinction. The woman in the video has no chance, whether under Biden, or (R) ticket. Darwin has selected her and those of her ilk out. In the meantime, others enjoy record high stock prices and glorious incomes. -

65K Monthly Method for Retirement Visa
The reason people keep mentioning the 2nd yearly extension is because you CANNOT use monthly transfers for the first yearly extension. Even if you can show 10 years of monthly transfers, it will be refused. The ONLY option for the first 1-year extension is 800k in the bank, or an embassy affidavit of income. -
