Some Questions About Email And Contacts On Andriod V4.x For Phones

Featured Replies

Now using gingerbread (version 2.x) on a Samsung.

Firstly: The default mail client is taking ages to DL email from my remote IMAP server. Seems fine on small emails.... but if email has HTML it can takes several minutes to load. There are no problems with either my IMAP server or connection.

I want to know if this is a known problem ? and does it affect you with Andriod v4.x ?

Second question is about contacts. Lets say that I've got a contact "John" stored, and he has two email addresses.

Then when I get a email from him, although I know it's from him, I don't *which* address he sent from. Nor can I see which address I'm replying to.

Does it affect you with Andriod v4.x ?

Third thing is that I can't copy any text from emails in my inbox. Even if hit reply; I can't select any of the quoted text!

Can you do this with Andriod v4.x ?
